Hotel Policies
Everything worth knowing before you arrive.
Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; our 24-hour front desk can advise on the day.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for room and incidental authorization. Rates are confirmed at booking through our official Choice Hotels reservation system; applicable taxes and fees are shown before you confirm.
Cancellation terms depend on the rate you select and are displayed at booking. Contact the front desk at (236) 836-4869 if plans change; we will always tell you honestly what your booking allows.
Guests must be at least 19 years of age (the age of majority in BC) to register. Kids 18 and under stay free with a registered adult.
We are a 100% smoke-free property. This applies to smoking and vaping of any substance in all rooms and indoor areas; a cleaning fee applies to violations.
Pets are not permitted. Certified guide and service dogs accompanying guests with disabilities are always welcome, as required by law; please let us know at booking so we can prepare.
The outdoor pool operates seasonally, typically 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, subject to weather and maintenance. No lifeguard is on duty; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Parking is free for registered guests, including RV, bus, and truck parking and accessible stalls. An EV charging station is available on site; ask the front desk about current availability.
We ask all guests to keep noise considerate between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM so everyone sleeps well.
